Eco Geek Living ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may incur additional shipping & handling charges. Please contact our Customer Care department to inquire about these additional charges.
For International orders please contact Customer Care.
Although we ship with a number of carriers depending on the shipping option you select, all standard shipping orders are sent via UPS Ground Service. If you prefer another shipping method, please contact our Customer Care Dept. and we'll gladly honor your request.
Shipping Costs
With no obligation to purchase, our shipping calculator will give you shipping and handling estimate for your order once you place an item in your shopping cart. When you are ready to complete your order, just go on to checkout and the shipping & handling cost will be added to your total.
Free Delivery
Eco Geek Living offers free standard delivery on all orders of $299 and more. To qualify for free delivery, simply place at least $299 of eligible items into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. We will deliver your order using our standard shipping option.
Delivery Time
Most orders placed through our website will be shipped within 24 hours (please note that your order must be received by 5pm EST to qualify for this guarantee). If the item you purchased is on backorder or is unavailable, a Customer Care representative will contact you within 24 hours with confirmation on when your order will become available.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at: 877.2GO.GEEK (877-246-4335) within 24 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement item at no extra charge.
