If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from us, simply return them to us within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date and we'll give you a full refund (less shipping and handling fees).
Please follow the steps listed below to ensure your return/exchange is properly completed:
- Complete and submit the Return/Exchange Authorization Form (RMA).
- A Return Authorization number and instructions on where to ship your items will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.
- Follow the return instructions carefully. Failure to do so could invalidate your return.
- Once returned items are received, please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.
Leaving out any of the steps outlined above could result in processing delays.
Note: A return authorization number is required for all returned and exchange items. The RMA number is only valid for 10 days.
