When will my items ship?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours.
How can I qualify for free shipping?
Simple, just make a purchase of $299 or more and shipping is totally free!!! Check out our shipping countdown, it will keep track of when you qualify for

What shipping methods are available?
Purchases are usually shipped by Ground service (UPS or Fedex). However Express shipping is also available. Please contact us at 877-246-4335 or customercare@ecogeekliving.com for further assistance.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated by our shipping calculator based on the weight of the product(s) and destination.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are generally processed within 4-6 hours of being placed.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for orders that are shipped within New York state only.

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, you may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please e-mail your exact changes and invoice number to sales@ecogeekliving.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer volume/bulk discount?

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
At Eco Geek Living, customer satisfaction is one our primary concerns. We take great care in selecting our products. However, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number by sending an email to customercare@ecogeekliving.com or calling 877-246-4335. Once issued, your RMA is valid for 10 days. You will receive a full refund less shipping and handling costs for all products returned within 10 days of the date listed on your invoice. I received my order damaged or defective, what should I do?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us: 877-246-4335 within 24 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement item at no additional charge.

How do I redeem my Eco Geek Living gift certificate?
Simply enter your claim code in the "redeem gift certificate" section on our shopping cart page. Gift certificates must be redeemed online or by phone towards the purchase of any of Eco Geek Living’s products. Gift certificates can neither be refunded nor used to purchase gift certificates.
How do I subscribe to your email promotions?
Simply enter your email address in the promotions box located on the top right-hand corner of the site. Subscribers to our newsletter are first to preview our new product arrivals and receive exclusive member-only discounts.
Do you gift wrap?
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide a gift wrapping service.
